Casa appena ristrutturata. Presenza di tutto il necessario (prodotti da cucina, da bagno, piatti, pentolame, lenzuola, asciugamani. Tutto nuovo e pulito). Aria condizionata. Smart-TV anche in camera. Vicino alla zona pedonale con locali e ristoranti Host cordialissimi

Non molto luminosa.

La casa è molto carina.. Ottima posizione .. E Alessandro e sua moglie due persone gentili e molto simpatiche

Cuscini un po duri

The apartment is in a great location: on a quiet street, close to the centre of Cabras, with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The host lives next door and was quick to respond, helpful and friendly. The apartment is clean, spacious and newly renovated, perfect for a couple. There was no private parking, but it was fairly easy to find space in the street outside.

As the listing is quite new, there were a few teething problems which I'm sure the owners will resolve soon. We were unable to enter the apartment on the first day as the internal door was stuck: luckily Alessandro was right there to fix it. The electrical supply repeatedly tripped, even during the night when only the air conditioner was running. With daytime temperatures over 40°C, this made for a restless sleep. Also, as there is air conditioning in the living room only, it took some time for the bedroom to cool down. Lastly, while we appreciated the owner's warm welcome, our personal preference is for self check-in and check-out, as it gives greater flexibility and a little more independence during a stay.
