Gentilissimo Luca, che ci ha accolto di persona. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento molto comodo e ben fornito. Apprezzatissimi la lavatrice e il parcheggio. Il climatizzatore in cucina funziona molto bene e rinfresca quasi tutto l’appartamento. Nei giorni che siamo stati noi c’era un’ondata di caldo estremo e quindi la camera da letto purtroppo rimaneva un calda. Ma sono sicura che col caldo “normale” basta. Quindi per me non é nulla di negativo.

Parcheggio interno privato, disponibilità del titolare per qualsiasi richiesta, pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile, biancheria top, posizione ottima. Tutto ok.
