Superb location and all the facilities you would expect. Comfortable living room with lovely garden view from large window/patio door. The midgie nets on the windows would be a god send in the summer I am sure.

Unable to open bathroom window. The heaters really need an explanation. But I managed. A little difficult to find initially.

A lovely private location but within easy reach of local places to visit.

We were very happy with the comfort and space of the lodge. We had our two dogs with us and appreciated being able to exercise them in the large garden, albeit on a lead as it isn't enclosed.

The location is absolutely perfect for a calm, relaxing stay. You feel at home immediately. The cottage looks smaller in the photos than it actually is. The trees and bushes around it are planted in such a way that you have complete privacy and hardly see anyone else. The kitchen has more utensils than expected, especially compared with other places we have stayed. There were even some breakfast supplies left for us: cereal, milk, biscuits and jam. You feel welcome at once. Such a thoughtful touch, and we appreciated it very much! Thank you, hosts! The sitting room is furnished with very comfortable sofas and armchairs and provides lots of useful information about the surrounding area, including leaflets, maps and magazines. The master bedroom has a huge, very comfortable double bed, while the twin room has two equally comfortable single beds. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets, so there was no problem keeping the windows open. Everything you could possibly need is provided: a hairdryer, dishwasher, mosquito net for your head, vacuum cleaner, mops, and much more. The hosts were just "one minute away" and responded promptly to WhatsApp messages whenever needed. The place is perfect for a stay of three or four nights, or even longer, while exploring the neighbouring villages and nature trails. There are so many lovely places to discover within a 30-minute to one-hour drive! I wish I could return there someday!
