Lovely cosy lodge in a beautiful location. Very well-equipped and comfortable.
The sofa and chairs were a little uncomfortable and low down making it hard to get up.

Locale was beautiful
The kitchen could have done with a few more items as the location is very remote so scales, bowls etc, would be very useful

Nice quiet location, lots of wildlife in the garden.
Amazing walks and views within a short drive.
Great local pubs and restaurants.
Mattress was fantastic, better than our one at home. The devan base creaky at the top, we had to be quiet getting into bed so we wouldn't wake our son up

The lodge was well equipped and the hosts are responsive to issues raised by guests.
The hosts have not provided Wifi even though this is readily available for them to provide to their guests. The lodge was presented and marketed as having a view, but there is no view now as the garden is overgrown with trees that are quite oppressive. The external photographs of this property need to be replaced as they are misleading for customers. More attention could be given to cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
