The apartment was spacious and offered a pleasant view of the swimming pool. The beds were clean and provided a satisfactory level of comfort. Excellent amenities: The pool area was spacious, and the scenic stairway leading down to the beach was spectacular. The beach area was well-maintained and clean. Nice restaurants outside the facility.

Persistent odor: The bathroom emitted a strong smell of mold and dampness, which unfortunately circulated throughout the entire apartment. Electrical hazards: The wall outlets were dislodged, and the electrical current was extremely weak, leaving us unable to charge our mobile devices. The interior lighting was exceptionally dim and suffered from frequent voltage fluctuations. Structural concerns: A general sense of architectural instability and poor maintenance prevailed across the entire complex. Inconvenient parking: The underground parking garage was difficult to access, and the walkway required passing directly through an area utilized as an employee breakroom and dining space.
