Charming Scandinavian design, peaceful natural surroundings, and a wonderful seaside location define this lovely family summerhouse near Udsholt Strand in North Zealand. Set on an expansive plot with its own scenic private lake, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere just 950 meters from the beach. It serves as an ideal holiday haven for families looking to explore nearby coastal towns like Rågeleje, Gilleleje, and Tisvildeleje while enjoying a classic Danish summer getaway.
The bright, air-conditioned interior is designed for comfort and family closeness. It features a warm open-plan living and dining area alongside three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with plush double beds, while the third room features a fun bunk bed setup that quickly becomes a favorite for children.
The property truly shines with its spectacular outdoor space, featuring an incredible 170 m² wooden terrace. The terrace wraps around the house, providing numerous cozy corners to catch the sun or shade, make use of the grill, and enjoy long summer dinners under the open sky. Beyond the deck, the large green garden overlooks the peaceful onsite lake, offering an idyllic backdrop for relaxation and play.
The short walk to the shore makes it effortless to enjoy daily swimming trips and coastal strolls without needing to drive. Please note that a refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival to cover metered utility consumption during your stay, with the remaining balance refunded within 21 days of checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
