Lovely holiday home located within walking distance to the beach and local shops, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Huge garden with terraces around the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun and nature throughout the day. Large master bedroom and two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and a kitchen connected to a spacious living room that invites coziness and relaxation. Located close to Heatherhill and Rågeleje, which offer wonderful opportunities for long walks in nature. Additionally, only about a 5-minute drive from the charming old fishing town of Gilleleje, with shopping opportunities, plenty of restaurants, and a large harbour where you can enjoy the best fresh fish specialties daily. An area full of coziness, relaxation, and possibilities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
