Built in 1860 and renovated in 2013, the holiday home is a terraced house and furnished in a rustic style. The property is located on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the garden and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your villa consists of 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 110 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. 3 bathrooms each with jacuzzi, shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Marasi. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a wall. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
