About this villa rental
The villa is located near Sv. Lovreč, in a small place Stranići. The villa Irma is located in a large area where you will really enjoy and rest, as well as your pets (with extra charge, on site). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a sofa bed (for two additional persons) and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you also have access to a large covered terrace with seating area and barbecue equipment. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one room with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower cabins, one in one of the bedrooms and the other in the hallway. Air conditioning is located on the ground floor in the living room and on the first floor in the hallway. In the spacious garden there is a swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasol, and private parking in the courtyard of the villa. New in the offer from 2023. Guests have at their disposal a private track for jogging or cycling, specially made and arranged, exclusively for the private needs of the guests of the house..

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine Stille ohne gleichen. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, vorallem das riesen Grundstück drum herum ist spitze. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Durch die Beleuchtung auch Abends perfekt nutzbar. Sind oft lange mit Musik und lauten Diskussionen wach geblieben. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage kein Problem. Das innere des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll und Modern eingerichtet.
Die Vermiterin ist auch sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ihre selbstgemachten Pfankuchen und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten waren Klasse. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Wir haben dieses Objekt zu 7. bewohnt und dieses Haus hatte wirklich alles zu bieten! Der Pool ist schön groß und auch in der Küche kann man gut kochen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat zwischendurch sogar einen Teller voller Pfannkuchen für uns gemacht!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sogar Deutsch. Sie hat uns mit Spezialisten der Region verwöhnt. Die ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage für Ausflüge haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, es gibt drei große Badezimmer und eine tolle überdachte Terrasse. Die Klimaanlage haben wir zu schätzen gelernt. Der Pool ist auch sehr groß und eine tolle Abkühlung.
Im nächsten Ort gibt es eine leckere Pizzeria und kleinen Supermarkt, Lidl und Kaufland in 12 km Entfernung
Alles in allem ein tolles Haus das wir gerne weiter empfehlen
