Holiday home for 12 guests, located in the heart of the Yon Valley, 15 km south of La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée), 35 minutes from the beaches (La Tranche-sur-Mer / Les Sables-d'Olonne), and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou.

⇒ On the ground floor: heated indoor pool (4 x 3 m) and indoor spa for 6, shower and WC, laundry room with washer and dryer, spacious living area with table football opening onto an unheated veranda, equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob), lounge with wood stove, two sofas (one is a 140x190 cm sofa bed), flat-screen TV, WiFi, one bedroom with 140x190 cm bed and a crib, bathroom, and separate WC.
⇒ Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with 140x190 cm beds, 1 with two 90x190 cm bunk beds), bathroom, and separate WC.
Bed linen available as an option, on request when booking. Cleaning package available as an option, on request when booking. A security deposit will be required upon key collection.
