- House completed in May 2025 — exceptional services and breathtaking views of the beach of the bay of Audierne
- July–August: Friday to Friday
- Off-season: minimum 3 nights; arrivals and departures every day, except Sunday
- Pets not allowed. No smoking.
- Owners live on site with their dogs out of season; the house is therefore not suitable for people with significant allergies
