The villa overlooks the ocean with an exceptional view. Bertheaume Beach, just 150 meters away, with its turquoise water and white sand, invites you to swim to your heart’s content. This remote villa is perfect for unwinding, enjoying sunrises over the Iroise Sea, having barbecues with a view of the ocean, or exploring the coast with direct access to the coastal trail. It’s ideally located in the heart of a major tourist attraction—the “Route des Phares” (Lighthouse Route)—which boasts the world’s highest concentration of lighthouses, stretching from Pointe Saint-Mathieu to Portsall. Just 6 kilometers away, at the Port du Conquet, you can set sail for the Ponant archipelago and explore the unspoiled islands of the Iroise Marine Park: Ouessant, Molène, and Sein. When the boats arrive at the Port du Conquet, you can buy your lobster or crab directly from the fisherman upon his return from a fishing trip.
Glide across the crystal-clear waters of the Iroise on the two stand-up paddleboards provided for your use.
The villa was eco-designed in 2014. It spans 160 m², is insulated from the outside, heated by an air-source heat pump, and its hot water is produced by a thermodynamic water heater.

La maison a une situation exceptionnelle au bout de la pointe, avec une vue à 180° sur l'océan. Très confortable aussi bien pour la partie nuit que celle de jour. Mention spéciale pour les équipements de la cuisine, rien ne manque. Nous avons tous pris note pour revenir !

Un lieu confortable, vaste et douillet, avec d’immenses baies vitrées qui permettent d’assister au spectacle permanent du ciel et de l’océan, face au phare du Minou, de la pointe des Espagnols, du port de Camaret ainsi que des pointes du Toulinguet et de Pen-Hir avec les Tas de Poids, le tout à quelques dizaines de mètres du chemin côtier qui mène à la Pointe Saint Matthieu. Un régal !

Petits et grands ont été conquis par ce séjour, une vue splendide sur l'océan, départ à pieds de la maison pour des promenades dépaysantes, vive le Finistère Nord!

Très belle maison, très bien équipée et décorée correspondant à la description. Accueil soigné. Très belle vue hormis entre 8:30 et20:00 : le jardin jouxte un parking fréquenté en journée par des mobil homes et de voitures.
