Welcome to your sophisticated home-away-from-home in Missoula’s Riverfront neighborhood. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence has been completely reimagined with a high-end, contemporary renovation, offering a level of luxury and space rarely found in this historic district.
Whether you are here for a University event, a business trip, or a gateway to Montana’s outdoors, this "Sleek Gem" offers the perfect mix of central convenience and quiet neighborhood charm.
We offer contactless check-in via smart lock. However, we available to answer questions and interact as little or as much as our guests desire. We are passionate about all thing Montana and are happy offer recommendations.
The Location (The "Walk Score" Winner!)
You are located in a Biker’s Paradise (Score: 100) and a Very Walkable area (Score: 85). Leave the car in the private parking spot and explore Missoula on foot:
The Hip Strip (5-10 min walk): Experience Missoula’s soul. Grab a world-famous scoop at Big Dipper Ice Cream, a pastry at Bernice’s Bakery, or catch an indie film at the historic Roxy Theater.
Downtown (12-15 min walk): Cross the Beartracks Bridge into the heart of the city for fine dining at Plonk, tacos at The Camino, or Saturday mornings at the Clark Fork River Market.
River & Trails (2 blocks): You are steps from the Clark Fork Riverfront Trail, perfect for a morning run or a sunset stroll along the water.
Provisions: The legendary Orange Street Food Farm is right next door for all your grocery and deli needs.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
Bedrooms: There are three separate bedrooms, each with ample closet space.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms (completely remodeled), which is a unique feature for homes in this historic area. No more sharing a single bathroom with the whole group.
Kitchen & Dining: A beautiful and very functional kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need for cooking.
Living Area: An open layout with plenty of natural light and a comfortable seating area for relaxing or watching TV.
Very walkable to most locations. The local free bus (Mountain Line) has a stop nearby. Uber and Lyft are also viable options.
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.
