The Ivy House offers comfort and easy access to the best of Missoula and surrounding nature. This centrally located stand-alone townhome offers plenty of natural light, a clean, contemporary design, and the modern conveniences of a new home all the while boasting views of the Bitterroot Mountains from the westward-facing balcony. Ivy House is located along a bike path with easy access to the Clark Fork River and Downtown Missoula.

There is easy access to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries. The bike path runs right by the house and the University of Montana and Downtown Missoula are both a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. A 15 minute drive will get you to some of Missoula’s most popular trailheads and access to the natural beauty of Montana.

Nice property, worked for us. We had an event nearby so we walked back and forth often. The first floor 1/2 bath needs a mirror, over the sink or on opposite wall.We had problems with the heating and cooling. Finally gave up and removed the batteries because we could not get the thermostats to respond. Hated the process so just open and closed doors/windows.

This house was perfect for what we needed. Manager was great always in contact with is and Kids injoyed the house will book again.
