And with the addition of a screened-in, furnished deck, opening the sliding glass doors almost doubles the size of your living space! Throughout the Sea Colony community, you'll find a variety of resort-style amenities including several shared outdoor and indoor pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, and world-class tennis courts.
Hop aboard the community trolley to discover private Sea Colony beaches in the area. A mile away, visit the Marketplace with its restaurants and shops. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
