Sienna Grobla 6D Street | 30 m² | This modern 30m² studio apartment was designed with maximum comfort and convenience in mind. The bright, spacious interior with large windows and access to a private balcony creates a pleasant, light-filled space, perfect for relaxation. The apartment can accommodate up to three adults.
The Space:
The bedroom area offers a comfortable double bed with soft, hotel-quality bedding and carefully selected accessories that enhance the cozy atmosphere of the interior. Opposite, a cable TV is located – perfect for a quiet evening after a busy day. A single sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.
Another advantage of the apartment is a private balcony with seating – perfect for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation outdoors.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and decorated in a modern, elegant style. Guests have access to a hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and essential kitchenware and accessories. A practical table with chairs is perfect for both shared meals and working from home.
The stylish bathroom, finished in elegant shades of marble, features a spacious shower, toilet, sink with cabinet, and washing machine, a great convenience for longer stays. Fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.

One of the major advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant design, is the shared area available to guests. It includes a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building also features an underground garage suitable for vehicles up to 2 metres in height. Cars equipped with LPG systems are also permitted. The number of parking spaces is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The parking fee is PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The immediate vicinity includes a marina, promenade, the Baltic Philharmonic, and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Museum of the Second World War and the European Solidarity Centre are approximately 15 minutes away on foot. The beach in Brzeźno is approximately 20 minutes away by car or tram, and other seaside districts, such as Jelitkowo and Stogi, are equally accessible. This is an ideal place for those who value proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
Getting Around:
Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
