Above-average spacious 43 square meters is a guarantee of a pleasant stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, work space and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. There was, of course, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is a terrace.
Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building commissioned at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym and massage zone. Using it is additionally payable and subject to availability.
The Neighborhood:
The building is located on Wyspa Spichrzów in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Please be advised that the pool area will be closed from March 15th to March 26th. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
Due to construction work near the building, some apartments may experience noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
