Chmielna 109A Street | 37 m² | At Downtown Apartments, we know how to combine high-end quality with comfortable relaxation. A perfect example is our new Granaria A212 apartment with an area of 38 m², located on the historic Granary Island in the very heart of Gdańsk.



The Space:

The apartment is furnished in a modern, loft style, where the rawness of brick and metal combines with cozy, warm accents. The interior exudes character while promoting relaxation after a day spent in the city. The space has been designed with comfort for up to 4 adults in mind.



In the spacious living room the central place is taken by a fold-out sofa positioned opposite the TV with access to cable channels and Smart TV function. It is the perfect spot for an evening rest with your favorite movie, and once unfolded it can also serve as an extra sleeping place. The room is decorated with a brick wall, adding warmth and an urban character to the interior.



Right next to it is a fully equipped kitchenette with a red retro-style fridge, dishwasher, hob and microwave oven. The wooden countertop and high table with bar stools create a cozy dining area conducive to shared meals and conversations over coffee. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.



Bedroom has been furnished in calm colors, with a large metal double bed and a spacious glass-fronted wardrobe that ensures comfort and convenience during longer stays.



Bathroom impresses with its elegant combination of dark and turquoise tiles. A spacious walk-in shower, modern fittings and a washing machine complete the functionality of this space. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.



Guest Access:

The adjacent building houses a swimming pool, sauna, spa and massage area, and jacuzzi, available for PLN 150/1.5 hours. Advance booking is required, which must be made at the Prana SPA reception desk at the Radisson Hotel, along with payment.



There is an underground car park in the building, ‘Interparking Chmielna 110’ (5 PLN per hour), but availability depends solely on the car park operator.
