It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere as well as for solo travelers who appreciate comfort and beautiful surroundings.
The Space:
The central point of the apartment is a sofa. Here you will also find a kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals. The bedroom has a large double bed. The bathroom is maintained in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
An undeniable advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a unique view of the Motława River. It is perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink.
Guest Access:
The building offers a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area and a jacuzzi for a fee of PLN 90/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which together with payment should be made at the Radisson Hotel reception. The pool is limited to 35 people, priority entry is given to Radisson Hotel Guests.
For inquiries regarding renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The height of the entrance to the garage hall is 1.9m.

The Deo Plaza 504A apartment is located on the historic Spichrzów Island. The building has been renovated, resembling the old granaries. Situated right over the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you can find restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” which features restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.
