The bedroom is decorated in a charming style, with the central place occupied by a comfortable double bed. A large wardrobe provides ample space for storing clothes and personal items, ensuring order throughout the room. The bathroom impresses with its modern design and functionality. A comfortable shower is the perfect place for a relaxing bath after an eventful day.
A cozy balcony will be the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets.

Please note that renovation and construction works are taking place in and around the property and some rooms may experience some noise. We apologize for inconveniences.
