The two-level layout ensures comfortable rest, a sense of space, and convenient separation of day and night zones.
The Space:
First floor:
On the first level there is a cozy living room equipped with a fold-out sofa and a large dining table, where meals can be enjoyed together, work can be done, or time can be spent with loved ones. It is a bright and functional space conducive to relaxation.
In the hallway, there is a practical wardrobe with a hidden washing machine inside, facilitating convenient storage and increasing comfort during the stay, especially for longer visits.
Directly adjacent to the living room is a modern kitchenette, fully equipped with everything needed for daily comfort: a oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle and coffee machine. Thanks to this, the apartment is ideal for both short stays and longer vacations. A welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared for the guests' convenience.
On this level there is also a bedroom separated by an impressive glass wall and curtains, giving the interior a modern character while ensuring privacy. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and opposite it there is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function, allowing relaxation with favorite movies and series.
Guests also have a bathroom with a shower, additionally equipped with a hairdryer, increasing daily convenience. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics, including shower gel, shampoo, and soap, are prepared for guests.
Second floor:
On the upper level there is a cozy sitting room with a fold-out sofa and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV. This is an excellent additional relaxation area, suitable both as a place to unwind and as accommodation for extra guests.
The greatest advantage of this part of the apartment is the exit from the sitting room to the terrace with a private sauna, available to guests from 6 PM to 10 PM. This unique amenity creates a true relaxation zone and adds a luxurious character to the stay.
Also on this floor are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensuring comfortable sleep and privacy for all guests.
Completing this floor is a second bathroom with a shower.
