Chotarz-Bór 14A Street | 79 m² | The spacious, air-conditioned 79 m² apartment with a terrace and private sauna is an ideal option for up to 6 adults, families, groups of friends, and all who appreciate comfort, modern interiors, and additional amenities. The two-level layout ensures comfortable rest, a sense of space, and a convenient separation of living and sleeping zones.
The Space:
First floor:
On the first level, there is a spacious living room with a fold-out sofa, which forms a comfortable relaxation area. An additional advantage of this part of the apartment is a projector placed above the sofa and a ceiling retractable screen, allowing you to create an exceptional home cinema atmosphere. Next to the living room, a desk is arranged, making the apartment a great choice also for those combining leisure with work obligations.
In the hallway, there is a practical wardrobe with a washing machine hidden inside, facilitating convenient storage and increasing comfort during the stay, especially on longer trips.
On this level, there is also a modern kitchenette equipped with a oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, and coffee machine. Right next to it, there is a large dining table with chairs, which creates an ideal place for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
Guests also have at their disposal an bathroom with an impressive entrance and a bath that adds an elegant character to the interior and provides added comfort during daily relaxation. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and soap have been prepared for guests.
