The Space:
A comfortable double bed, a small sofa and a TV set right in front of it. In this cozy space there is a place for a morning breakfast. You can prepare a meal thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything you need for a few days' stay. Additional space is a balcony.
Guest Access:
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day.

Apartament Nadmotłwie 87 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
