Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Guests will not have access to the front home or the yard.

Getting Around:

This South Austin home offers easy access to everything the city has to offer. Downtown Austin, South Congress, and South Lamar are all approximately 10–15 minutes away by car, while Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is just 10 miles away, about a 15–20 minute drive depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, making it easy to explore without a car. Guests who drive will appreciate quick access to major roadways including MoPac (Loop 1) and Highway 290. Public transportation options are also available nearby, providing convenient access to downtown and other popular Austin neighborhoods. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you'll be well-positioned to enjoy Austin's dining, entertainment, and outdoor attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the home. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We allow two pets for a fee of $150 per pet per stay.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Security: You will be asked to confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
