The Cottage has a cosy and inviting atmosphere, with original character features and a wood-burning stove creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. The property offers four comfortable bedrooms, comprising three doubles and one single, along with a family bathroom (with a bath, WC and basin) and a further downstairs shower room with walk-in shower and WC . The comfortable living areas provide plenty of room to gather together, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.
Outside, the private enclosed garden offers a peaceful space for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or simply unwinding after a day of exploring. Parking for one vehicle is available on the driveway of the property, and on-street parking is available for further vehicles.

Our Character Home is situated in a residential area within easy walking distance of Wallingford town centre. From here, you'll be perfectly placed to enjoy one of South Oxfordshire's most picturesque market towns. With its independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs, restaurants, and historic streets, Wallingford offers plenty to discover. The nearby River Thames and surrounding countryside provide wonderful opportunities for walking, cycling, boating, and enjoying the beauty of the local area.
Getting Around:
The walk into Wallingford town centre takes around 10-15 minutes, and from here you can catch one of the regular buses to Oxford or Reading, or to Didcot. Cholsey is a short drive or bus ride away, and from Cholsey station you can access fast rail links to London.
The local buses will also connect you with many of the picturesque surrounding villages, and there are plenty of walking routes available nearby including the Thames Path which you can access from Wallingford, The Ridgeway National Trail, and the Chiltern Hills.
