Vaulted ceilings, treetop views, and that dreamy treehouse energy. Each room has a queen bed and they share a sleek full bathroom. The private upstairs balcony is out here doing the most — morning coffee up there hits way different.

Large flat-screen TVs in every room — yes, including the primary bath (spa mode is a lifestyle). Washer and dryer in-unit. Oversized carport and extra-long driveway so parking is never a conversation.

Guest Access
The whole house is yours — all three bedrooms, both baths, the full kitchen, living areas, and all three outdoor spaces including the rooftop. No shared spaces, no host on-site. Just you and your people, doing your thing. 🙌

We want you to have the best weekend. Seriously. Here's what keeps the good times going for everyone:

📅 Weekend stays only (Fri–Sun) — we saved the good days just for you

🚫 No parties or events — our neighbors are gems and we'd like to keep it that way -Shhh... its really mom's rule - if they won't tell us then we won't know ;)

🐾 No pets please — we love animals too, but a $250 non-refundable fee applies if evidence of a pet is found

🚫 No emotional support animals — trained service animals warmly welcomed as required by law

👥 Registered guests only — your booking headcount = your headcount, no surprise plus-ones

🔇 Quiet hours (we're in a real neighborhood, not a resort):

Friday & Saturday - midnight

Sunday night: 10:00 PM

🔊 Heads up — a noise sensor is active on the property and will alert us if quiet-hour thresholds are exceeded. Fully disclosed per Airbnb policy — just keeping it transparent ✌️
