About this house rental
Enjoy this 3-bed, 2-bath home in a quaint neighborhood in the South Congress area. Explore all Austin has to offer in just a 10 minute ride to downtown.
Newly renovated home with a super cozy living room and big screen TV with surround sound. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, multiple remote workspace areas in the bedrooms and a nice backyard patio to relax.
I live in the detached Guesthouse in the back of the property and will be on the property but out of your way!
You will have access to the entire main house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room and backyard patio.
A quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. All the neighbors are very kind and respectful. Major grocery, convenience and various restaurants are within a few miles, and downtown is a 10-15 drive.
Free street parking all over the block!
Ride shares aplenty if you don’t have your own car, although I would recommend getting a rental car.
The property is 10-15 minutes to downtown / central austin, and ~15 minutes to the airport. Very easy access to the entire city.
No smoking inside. You can smoke outside.
Patio quiet hours 10pm - 8am to respect neighbors.
