About this cottage rental
On arrival at this reverse-level home, you’ll find a welcoming entrance hall with space to leave coats, boots and sandy shoes after busy days in the fresh air. The sleeping quarters are on the ground floor – a bunk bedroom and a generous king-size room complete with a vanity area and built-in wardrobe space. A family wet room with a shower and WC completes this level. Upstairs, unwind with fellow guests in the large open-plan lounge, whether that’s sinking into the sofas beside the crackling wood burner or catching up with a film on the Smart TV. Sliding doors open onto the balcony terrace, where far-reaching views stretch across farmland towards Watergate Bay. Also on this floor is the stylish kitchen/diner, with built-in seating and everything needed for relaxed breakfasts and evening feasts, all with a backdrop of lovely countryside views. A separate WC is also located upstairs for convenience.
Outside, the property has several inviting spaces so you can make the most of Cornwall’s fresh sea air. From the balcony terrace, steps lead down to a charming patio terrace framed by mature shrubs and planting, complete with built-in seating, outdoor dining furniture and a charcoal BBQ for laid-back evenings. There’s also another patio seating area to the rear, where you can sip morning coffee. Private driveway parking for three cars is available for use during your stay.
