We enjoyed our stay, we had a few minor issues but we contacted the owners who were very prompt in fixing all the issues

Location was good, indoor swimming pool was useful, parking was very near and most crockery supplied was good too.

Slight issue with the smell in living room area but the owners fixed this promptly as the cleaners had not changed the throws in the living area. Otherwise all was good.

Very nice, clean caravan tucked away in a quiet, private location on the site. It was perfect for our 3 night stay to explore the area. Highly recommend.

Nice location spoilt by dirty, scruffy outdated caravan.

location was good and staff on site were helpful.

The caravan had seen better days and had been touched-up with a quick coat of paint. The bedrooms smelt musty and damp and the double bedroom was very uncomfortable. The floor inside the entrance felt like it was about to give way. The oven was FILTHY so we could not use it. We did not feel safe trying to light the cooker and oven so we did not use them either. The TV was held together with selotape and could only be used on wifi which kept freezing until I re-booted it.

Good location but the house had a terrible smell inside!

The location was really good, close to the sea and quiet.

There was a terrible smell in the living room. It was combination of smelly feet with dirty wet dog smell. We left the windows open and we used odour spray, but the smell persisted. The smell makes you sick as soon as you open the door. Another issue was that Some parts of the floor are broken and you have the feeling of falling through the floor.

Perfect mini-break

Caravan was clean and tidy on arrival. Very spacious and particularly liked the decking around the outdoor area, giving additional space for the dog and baby to explore safely. Location was close enough to the beach (Mawgan Porth) and Newquay for us to travel daily but far enough away that there weren't huge, rowdy crowds or groups of people nearby to disturb us. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We had no complaints.

Absolutely amazing

The whole accomadation for me was just perfect, location for I needed was amazing, the Gentleman who owns the place couldn't be more helpful, its clean, had all the touches you don't have to take anything but your clothes and wash stuff... Theres even tea and coffee, bed i stayed in was comfy, USB sockets in wall, Freesat and WiFi, we made breakfast and snacks using cooker and had utensils... And its so cozy and relaxing .

Not worth the Money

The location was lovely and we were given very clear instructions on how to access the caravan.

The caravan was really run down. Lots of broken things, TV had been previously broken so stuck with selliotape. The caravan looked dirty and had a cigarette smell that I could not get rid off even with candles. It honestly didn’t look or seem clean so I cleaned it myself. Such a shame as I paid good money

Lovely, clean and in a great position

Great position on the edge overlooking fields with a large verandah. Clean and cosy.

Well equipped and great new appliances but a few more bits in kitchen would be handy like oven gloves, colander, larger salad bowl, casserole dish etc. Otherwise all excellent!

Fab location, enjoyed our stay. The double bed needs a new mattress and no signal on tv.

Superb

Perfect size for us as a couple with a dachshund. Loved that we could just let the dog run on the patio without worrying. Also that towels, linen and even the basic bits (washing liquid, tea bags, coffee) are provided. Nice on-site bar which was perfect for the nights we didn't fancy the 50 mins walk into Newquay.

Not the accommodations fault and no way a negative. Just a useful tip for bookers, extremely hard to get a cab. So pre book! Not many good food options easily accessible via foot near location.

Property was lovely and would definitely recommend to stay here.

Property was lovely and clean. Owners left fresh towels for us and hand-wash and shower gel/Shampoo. Great location and easy distance to club house and shop on site. About 20 min walk to beach.

Weren't able to access indoor pool as it was only available for private hire. Also ordered a Mocha at the cafe and it was £4.65!!

Affordable family get away in a great location.

Brilliant location, very family friendly beach a few minutes down the road and great spot to go and explore. Caravan was clean and all towels, linen provided, also lovely to have tea and coffee provided after a long drive. Great little caravan holiday.
