Higuerón West is a modern and peaceful residential area between Fuengirola and Benalmádena, with walking- and bike paths, dog parks, and playgrounds for kids. A short walk away from the apartment, you will find the Higuerón resort with access to volleyball, tennis, padel courts, an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and several bars and restaurants. As activities related to the resort are separate from the apartment community, an additional fee is required to use these facilities.

Known for its sea views, green spaces, and high-quality design, the area offers a relaxed atmosphere close to the coast. Beaches, restaurants, and transport links are just a quick walk/drive away, making it an ideal base for a comfortable stay on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

A €250 security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded immediately after check-out, provided everything is in good condition and no damages are found.
