A cozy sitting room just off the kitchen, complete with two chairs and a TV, provides an additional space to relax.

The outdoor living space is a true oasis. Surrounded by mature trees and overlooking the tranquil lagoon, the spacious deck invites guests to soak in Kiawah Island's natural beauty. Ascend the stairs and you’ll find a padded room where you can practice your golf swing while streaming your favorite sport event! Featuring premium synthetic turf, putting holes, and a large projection screen, it's the perfect place to practice your swing, refine your game, or enjoy watching your favorite sporting events in style.

The home's two additional bedrooms are also located on the second floor and each feature a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 includes a private en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom in the hallway offers a convenient shower/tub combination for guests.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The pool cannot be heated.
