The location is vital to making a great experience. With this house, you will have immediate access to downtown Tallahassee, FSU and FAMU. Cascades Park, Meyers Park are 3 blocks away. Downtown Tallahassee, FSU and FAMU are just a few blocks more. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with the Capital City Country Club’s Golf Course just as close.
Each of the three available bedrooms is a private sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. Each room has its own private entrance and exit, ensuring complete privacy. The space is elevated by a club-inspired lounge, with dazzling laser lights, a booming speaker system, and a classic Mortal Kombat arcade machine—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Maintenance does lives on-site. The neighborhood is tranquil, tucked away from main roads, yet close to parks, fine dining, and everything you need. Ideal for traveling professionals, students, and anyone seeking a peaceful yet vibrant stay, this is your perfect Tallahassee escape.

The guests will have access to the entire house. The front porch, the sitting/living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and access to the laundry facility.

This is a spectacular neighborhood that is centrally located downtown in the heart of Tallahassee. If walking is an option, downtown is minutes away along with FSU and FAMU being within walking distance too. My neighbors are friendly and will usually offer a
'Hello' or a chat as they walk or bike throughout the area.
Getting around
Whether your visit to Tallahassee is business or pleasure, this location offers the best of all options. If you drive here then parking your vehicle and walking, biking or uber may be an option. Trying to park at the Universities can become a project of its own. Be conscious of where you're parking, make sure that public parking is allowed. Usually after 6pm on the weekdays, all Saturday and Sunday the metered parking is free.
