The Space:

Sunlight pours through wide windows as you step into this spacious townhouse, tucked inside a vibrant resort-style community just minutes from Central Florida's most iconic attractions. Whether you're planning early mornings at the parks or slow afternoons by the pool, this home gives your group the room and the comfort to do it all.



Living space & entertainment

The large living area is arranged for the whole group - ample seating, a TV, and enough space to spread out after a long day. Natural light fills the room, and the open layout keeps everyone connected whether you're winding down with a movie or gathering around the dining table for a family meal. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay productive on the road.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably across four beds:



Bedroom 1: King bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed, sleeps 2 kids



Each room offers a quiet space to recharge, with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage provided.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Prep a family breakfast before heading to the parks, or cook a proper sit-down dinner at the indoor dining table. A washer and dryer are included at no extra cost, a welcome convenience for longer stays or families traveling with young kids.



Bathrooms

Two and a half bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly for the whole group. Guests will find a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel ready on arrival.



Outdoor living

The covered back patio gives you a shaded spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down, sheltered from the afternoon sun. Step up to the balcony for a quieter perch and a gentle breeze over the neighborhood. Free parking on premises means one less thing to coordinate.



Community & location

The resort-style community includes access to a pool, gym, tennis courts, walking trails, a clubhouse, and well-kept green spaces - amenities that add genuine value without any extra planning. When it's time to head out, you're well positioned: Magic Kingdom is approximately 8 miles away, SeaWorld approximately 15 miles, and Universal approximately 20 miles. Shopping, dining, and major highways are all close by, making this a practical and comfortable base for an Orlando trip.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
