This cosy 87 m² holiday home is peacefully located at the end of a road with limited traffic, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday for both adults and children. The house features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third contains a three-quarter bed.
The interior is bright and thoughtfully designed, featuring vaulted ceilings and large windows facing the garden, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space. The open-plan living area combines the lounge, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy for the whole family to spend time together throughout the day.
From the living room, you have access to a lovely covered terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying long summer evenings. The garden offers plenty of space for ball games and outdoor activities, and up to two pets are welcome, provided they are house-trained and kept off the furniture.
Just 500 metres from the house, you will find a lake where swimming is possible. The surrounding area offers beautiful natural scenery and is perfect for walking and cycling. Ducks, swans, and other birds are often seen in and around the lake. By the lake, you will find the famous Pancake House, where both the pancakes and ice cream come highly recommended.
For younger family members, there is a playground approximately 200 metres from the house.

There are excellent opportunities for walking and cycling through the varied landscape, while the peaceful surroundings make it easy to unwind from everyday life.
