Truly disappointing service

The lake close by - Kvie Sø is beautiful.

This is not a 'luxury retreat'. Neither the sauna nor spa were working. The cover for the tub was in the hallway when we arrived. The beds are tiny, and detailed cleaning has been neglected for some time. The hoover smells and I had to buy replacement bags and change the overfull bag myself. When I informed DanCenter who manages the property of these deficiencies 36 hours into my stay when all the things wrong with this property were so overwhelming, they claim that I am not entitled to any compensation because I should have reported within 24 hours. In my world the responsibility of making sure the property matches the listing of 'luxury retreat' is on the management, not on the guests. Will never book with DanCenter again - and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Süßes Häuschen, klein aber fein

Süßes kleines Häuschen, sehr gemütlich. Das Sofa ist schön groß, so dass locker 2 darauf liegen können. Es fehlten einige Dinge in der Küche...auf Nachfrage bei Dancenter hat uns ein Mitarbeiter 2 Tage später alles (neu) gebracht, super Service!!! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man kann toll um den See spazieren. Draußen steht ein Grill den man nutzen kann. Die Betten waren weich aber bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Die Dunstabzugshaube und die Spiegel hängen sehr tief (für Personen mit 1,78 Größe). Es hat recht lange gedauert bis die Badezimmer warm waren, da die Fußbodenheizung im November natürlich ordentlich zu tun hat. Um die Heizung in den Bädern anzubekommen, brauchen wir Unterstützung eines Mitarbeiters von Dancenter (die "Knöpfe" funktionierten nicht gut). Auch hier ein sehr guter Service! An der ein oder anderen Ecke könnte renoviert werden (einige Teppiche sind ausgefranst, die Fenster benötigen Anstrich) aber das ist nur eine sehr kleine Nebensache.
