We manage this apartment exclusively!
• Curl up on the plush oversized chaise couch; Enjoy ducted Air-Conditioning & Stream your favourites (Netflix / apps access) on the 55’ Smart TV
• Connect to the super-fast WiFi (100Mbps) + setup your Home Office in the private room, separate from main living space.
• Cook up a storm in the fully equipped Kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
• Put your feet up with a morning coffee &/or enjoy a glass of vino on the Balcony
• There’s also a full laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer + everything you’ll need to keep clean :)
Perfect for singles, couples, small families + professionals, but NOT for parties of any description…
To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property.
Note* The building has a strict no party policy, security camera outside apartment entry, CCTV cameras in all common areas + on-site security - with all costs passed onto you (for those thinking of breaking the rules)
