This is a private 1-bedroom suite within a duplex-style townhome. Your side of the home is completely private, with its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and Garden Gazebo/courtyard. There are no shared interior spaces with the owner.



Guests may also use the screened porch, which is a shared outdoor space located to the back of the home lakeside. To access it, simply walk around from the front courtyard. The owner lives next door and is available if you need anything, but fully respects guest privacy.
