This Golf Villa is a 2 bedroom ,2 bath with 1 car garage with 1,148 sq. ft four-plex style unit located away on golf fairway. It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Golf Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a 42" flat screen TV and the master bedroom has a . 32:TV.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a full bathroom int the hallway
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. Plenty of everything we needed…everything was clean and in order, and so peaceful!

Only problem was we had no key when we got there and we called and texted the office and got no reply up until this time no one was ever replied to my texts but the house was great!! Need to work on communication
