Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Casita at the South Padre Island Golf Course. This beautiful Casita has 2 bedroom, (K/Q) 2 baths, 1 car garage, washer & dryer duplex style unit, 990 sq. ft. This Casita is fully furnished with Wi-Fi throughout the house, in the living room with a 48" TV in the master bedroom with a27" tv. It has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and a gas grill ( propane tank is not provided). Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wild life preserve .

Had a ball at the home and on the island of south padre

The property was smaller than we expected for two families of 4. There was a horrible sewage smell throughout the house the morning we left. The back patio was very small. We were 2 families of 4 with 2 small children each and there was not much space for them to play. Besides that the property was clean and served its purpose of being a place to shower in sleep. We did not use any of the amenities in the community or spend much time in the home.
