Stair Disclaimer

This is a multi-level property with stairs throughout the home and outdoor areas. Please use caution, especially when carrying luggage, supervising children, or during wet or snowy conditions. Use handrails where available. Guests assume responsibility for their safety while using the stairs, and the owner and management are not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from their use.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $350 per booking, that must be collected separately after you`ve secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

Please note that all dogs must be leashed at all times while in Tahoe Meadows. Animal Control will be called to remove any dog wandering loose.

- Street parking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

- Parking is restricted to designated spaces only.
- Non-compliance may result in a $500 fine.

● Noise Regulation
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8 AM
- Regulations During Quiet Hours:
- HOT TUB USE IS FORBIDDEN DURING QUIET HOURS.
- No loud music or excessive noise.
- Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated.
- Non-compliance may result in a $1,000 fine.

● General Restrictions:
- No parties or gatherings allowed at any time.
- No smoking inside the property.
- Minimum Age requirement to book: 21
