Explore nearby Emerald Bay to hike down to the historic Vikingsholm Castle, or take the scenic gondola rides up the Heavenly Epic Discovery center for zip lines and a mountain coaster. Pristine sandy beaches, lakefront dining, local farmers markets, and hiking trailheads are all just a short drive from your front door.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to get the most out of your stay and easily explore the spectacular beaches and state parks surrounding South Lake Tahoe. Our property features private on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles, split between a small garage space and the main driveway. Local bike paths and walking trails run throughout the area, and public transport links connect you smoothly to downtown hubs.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that during the spring, summer, and fall seasons there may be a landscaper on site 1x per week to mow and maintain the quality of the lawn.
