Nestled in a peaceful area just a few minutes from the villages of Valbonne and Plascassier, this Provençal villa can accommodate 10 guests and offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, making it ideal for family holidays on the French Riviera.

Outside, guests can enjoy an 11m x 4.5m solar-heated swimming pool, a pool house, six sun loungers, two parasols, and a shaded outdoor lounge area. Leisure facilities include a ping-pong table, a trampoline, and a swing for younger guests. A summer kitchen with barbecue and a large covered outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for long lunches and memorable evenings with family and friends.

Inside, the villa is spread over several levels. Upon entering, you will find a furnished patio, a library with a piano, a spacious living room with two sofas, two armchairs and a fireplace, as well as a dining room.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Bose speaker system, and all the utensils needed for everyday cooking. A laundry room with three washing machines and a separate guest toilet complete this level.

Also on the ground floor, the master suite features a 160 x 200 cm bed, television, storage space, direct access to the garden, and a private bathroom with shower, double vanity and toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each offer a 160 x 200 cm double bed, desk, storage space and private balcony. They share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, double vanity and toilet.

The lower level, which benefits from a separate entrance, features two independent guest annexes, providing additional privacy for larger families or groups.

The first annex includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, desk, television, storage space, washing machine, ironing board, private shower room and separate toilet. An outdoor kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking hob, sink and kettle is also available.

The second annex offers a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, television, storage space, private shower room and separate toilet.

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the main living areas and bedrooms on the ground and first floors. The two lower-level annexes are not air-conditioned; however, fans can be provided upon request. These rooms remain naturally cool, even during the summer months.

Things to Know About Your Stay

For your comfort, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. A welcome kit with essential toiletries and a selection of welcome gifts will also be available upon arrival.

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you are unable to arrive during these hours, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Early check-in before 4:00 PM is generally not possible unless there is no departure scheduled on the same day. If you have a specific request, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Check-out is required before 10:00 AM unless there is no arrival scheduled immediately afterwards. In that case, we may be able to offer a later departure upon request.

A full inventory with pictures of the property is carried prior to your arrival. A security deposit is secured through HomeAway/VRBO via a credit card authorization.
