About this villa rental
Note!!! Best to contact us before you make the quote to see if the property is available. We have not rented the property for several years and are ambivalent about doing so now. We also need to see how the Covid pandemic evolves in France. We would only consider rentals for the entire month of August or for a minimum of one week at other times in the current environment. Please do not submit requests for less than one week.

Ensconced in the hills above Cannes, with easy access to Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez, Cap Ferrat, Monaco, St. Paul de Vence, the Italian Riviera and more, Villa Caprice is an ideal base from which to discover and enjoy this enchanting region. Large, private, landscaped gardens with terracing, olive trees, an 18 X 12 meter mosaic pool with sun-lit patios, and spacious, beautifully furnished terraces overlooking the valley make for an idyllic retreat after a day spent strolling the Croisette or the Promenade des Anglais, exploring a medieval cliff-top village, or taking a tan on the Mediterranean's most famous beaches. Our chef and housekeeper lives in the guesthouse on site. She is available at an extra charge to be paid directly to her.
