About this house rental
Located on the edge of Esplanade Ridge Historic District, our family-renovated home is close to the French Quarter, JazzFest, public transit (street car & bus), grocery stores, St. Bernard Ave local creole cultural district, the newest public library, & next door to some of the best seafood in town. The private unit space accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room. Guests also enjoy access to 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, & free wi-fi.
The space
Our traditional New Orleans style house offers a private access to one side of a double with three bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs with a full bathroom downstairs. Each room has one queen bed and one TV. The suite also offers a dresser, closet, and desk/computer workspace for use during your stay. The private spaces are dedicated for guests and do not contain personal belongings.
The space also includes a spacious living room with a smart TV, a dining room with seating for six, and a kitchen complete with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and access to pots, dishes, & utensils. We also provide a coffee maker and local New Orleans coffee. The laundry room offers a free washer & dryer. The house also includes a front porch sitting area, perfect for watching second-lines.
