With 32 m² of space, it has everything you need—a queen-size double bed, a comfortable sitting area, and a sky-blue kitchen equipped with WMF appliances.
From the terrace, you’ll enjoy views of mountains and meadows. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past it—you can watch the cross-country skiers while you have breakfast.
Your dog is warmly welcome. Ideal for couples and solo travelers who prefer a hassle-free experience.

In 2024, we completely renovated our building: six apartments, each with its own character. The kitchens, in shades of yellow, blue, green, and fall colors, bring the surrounding nature into the home.
We live in the house
We live with our family in the same house as our guests. We’re here when you need us. We’ll keep a low profile when you need some peace and quiet.
Right in the heart of Weidach
Off the main road, yet right in the heart of Weidach: Restaurants, a supermarket, a bank with an ATM, a swimming pool, two sports stores, and a doctor’s office are all within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail runs right behind the house, and hiking trails into the Gaistal valley start just 10 minutes away.
Active in nature
Hiking, trail running, biking, cross-country skiing—many activities start right at your doorstep: over 650 km of hiking trails and 570 km of biking routes in the region, plus trail running routes of all difficulty levels from the valley floor all the way up to the Gaistal. In winter, you’re right in the middle of the world-famous Seefeld cross-country skiing area with 245 km of trails.
For freestyle fans: In nearby Scharnitz lies Banger Park, one of Europe’s most modern freestyle facilities—snowboarders and freeskiers train there year-round, including jumps onto airbags in the summer.
There’s a dedicated sports equipment room in the basement for your gear.
Electricity for the EV charging station comes from our own rooftop solar panel system.
