Top 2 is located on the upper floor of the Tirol Chalets Leßner – spacious, flooded with light, and equipped with amenities that combine design and comfort. The exposed roof trusses, the large window front with panoramic views, and the fireplace create a special atmosphere. The stylish kitchen opens into the dining and living area, ideal for long evenings for two.
A real highlight is the wellness bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, double vanity, and Hydrosoft infrared steam cabin. Outside, the large balcony with sun loungers invites you to relax.
The surrounding area offers a variety of options in every season: right on the doorstep: cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, bike routes, and walking paths. Those who want to ski have the choice, and even without a car, you can remain mobile. The nearest bus stop is within walking distance. From there, it's just a few minutes to Seefeld, the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, or the ski resorts. In summer, natural swimming lakes, alpine pastures, the Gaistal cycle path, and via ferratas beckon. In winter, more than 245 km of cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and winter hiking trails await. Trail maps are included with your booking.
