Two balconies—two different atmospheres: one ideal for morning coffee, the other for a glass of wine in the evening, with views of the surrounding mountains. Spanning 44 m², the apartment features a separate bedroom, a pull-out sofa bed, and a kitchen in warm autumn tones equipped with WMF appliances.
The bathroom has natural light—a little extra that makes all the difference.
Family-friendly, with a baby bed available upon request. Centrally located in Weidach, set back from the street.

In 2024, we completely renovated our house: six apartments, each with its own character. The kitchens, decorated in yellow, blue, green, and fall colors, bring the surrounding nature into the home.
We live in the house
We live with our family in the same house as our guests. We’re there when you need us. We’re discreet when peace and quiet are called for.
Right in the Heart of Weidach
Set back from the street yet right in the heart of Weidach: restaurants, a supermarket, a bank with an ATM, a swimming pool, two sports stores, and a doctor’s office are all within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail runs right behind the house, and hiking trails into the Gaistal valley start just 10 minutes away.
Active in nature
Hiking, trail running, biking, cross-country skiing—many activities start right at your doorstep: over 650 km of hiking trails and 570 km of biking routes in the region, plus trail running routes of all difficulty levels from the valley floor up into the Gaistal. In winter, you’re right in the middle of the world-famous Seefeld cross-country skiing area with 245 km of trails.
For freestyle fans: In nearby Scharnitz lies Banger Park, one of Europe’s most modern freestyle facilities—snowboarders and freeskiers train there year-round, including jumps onto airbags in the summer.
There’s a dedicated sports equipment room in the basement for your gear.
Electricity for the e-charging station comes from our own rooftop solar panel system.
