Embark aboard the Captain's Studio, a charming 27 m² cocoon ideally located in the Pierrette 1 residence, in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Get ready to experience something unique: thanks to its exceptional panoramic view of the ocean from the entire living area, you will have the magical sensation of staying on a boat. Located less than 50 meters from the Grande Plage, this optimized and tastefully decorated studio is the ideal pied-à-terre to escape by the sea and can accommodate up to 2 people.



As soon as you pass through the door, the ocean opens up to you. The very lovely living space, bright and cleverly designed, includes a comfortable double sofa bed (140x190) for the night as well as a single bed (90x190). You will also find a dining table and a television for your moments of relaxation. From the living room, a mini-bar opens onto the kitchen, while the access door to the hallway is equipped with an authentic porthole, further accentuating the marine atmosphere of this ship on land. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker...) to prepare your meals with complete independence.



The undeniable strong point remains its superb balcony equipped with garden furniture. From there, you will enjoy a splendid and completely unobstructed view facing the ocean: no matter where your gaze lands, the marine horizon faces you for unforgettable breakfasts and sunsets.
