About this house rental
With my sister Brigitte, we will be happy to welcome you to our family villa.
Ideally located, facing the sea, 50 meters from the Grande Plage, our villa offers you a haven of relaxation, conducive to family or friend sharing, reading, games, swimming, and at the same time it is very close to the Remblai with its terraces and restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the port, the city center and the markets... (present 5 days a week), the Casino for amateurs and Skate-park area...
you will find on the first floor:
- A living room with dining room and TV and Wifi lounge
- A fitted kitchen open to the living space with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, plancha, raclette machine, coffee maker, blender.....
- Two bedrooms: one with 2 beds of 0.80m twin, large cupboard and desk, the other with 2 beds of 0.80m twin or separate of your choice and large cupboards.
- Bathroom with large shower (1.20m) vanity unit
- Separate toilets
- A separate space with washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs: to the delight of the children, a closed bedroom under the roof with 2 beds of 0.80m (please note that the door is 1.10m high)
If you wish, for a young child: folding bed, high chair and bed edge at your disposal.
. Outside: terrace with barbecue where you can dine facing the sea and a sandy garden for games or a nap in the sun.
The village is pedestrianised, your private parking lot is less than 50 metres away.
We would like to point out that household linen is not provided, don't forget to bring your own equipment...
