The accommodation
Functional and well-optimized studio, ideal for a stay as a couple or as a family.PGJyPg
• Sleeping area: 1 double bed (150x190)
• Living room: sofa bed
• Open kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, capsule and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full crockery
• Bathroom: shower, sink, hairdryer
• Terrace with panoramic sea view
• Smart TV with French and Spanish channels
• Vacuum cleaner
The residence has 3 swimming pools open from June 1st until mid-October, a tennis court and a petanque court.
The accommodations are a 5-minute walk from the bus, and a 15-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants and shops.

In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to anyone aged 17 and over.
The amount applicable for this tourist accommodations are €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.
This tax is mandatory and must be paid before arrival.PGJyPgPGJyPg

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is €5.00 incl. VAT.
• The cost of a towel is €3.00 incl. VAT.
Once you have made your reservation, we will send you a link for the payment of the tourist tax and additional sales.
You also have the option to bring your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.
For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a dishcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.
In each bathroom, you will find bath mats, and a dish towel is provided in the kitchen.
Key collection in this accommodations are done independently thanks to a key box system.
